Order
How do you make an order?
When you find the right product, select the appropriate variant and press the “Add to Cart” button. After that you can add more products or proceed immediately by clicking “Proceed to Payment.” The last step is to complete the contact details and pay for the order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
We immediately send the order confirmation to the e-mail box or phone number provided. You will receive all information regarding the shipment in the message.
When will me order be processed?
We begin order processing immediately after payment is credited.
Where can I find the order number?
The order number in the format “PWXXXXX” (e.g. PW72431, PW72220) should be sent immediately after purchase to the e-mail or phone number along with the order confirmation. In case of problems, please check your SPAM folder.
How can I get in touch with customer service?

Payments
How can I pay for my orders?
You can pay for the order:
– a secure encrypted payment with a payment card (credit or debit),
– quick payment through PayPal.When will I receive the payment confirmation?
Immediately after a successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation of payment to the email address provided. In case of payment by card, the payment confirmation is the order confirmation.
Order changes
Can I cancell my order?
The order may be cancelled if it has not yet moved to the next stage of implementation. To cancel the order, please do not wait and inform us within one hour of placing the order.
Can I change the size or the color of the ordered products?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can change the color or size. Please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail contact@lunerie.com indicating the order number and the changes you want to make.
Can I change the delivery address?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can change your delivery address. Please notify us as soon as possible by e-mail contact@lunerie.com indicating your order number and the correct delivery address.
Returns
How can I exchange a defective product?
If the product is not in perfect condition, please contact us by e-mail contact@lunerie.com indicating the order number and photos showing the defects. If the claim is accepted, we will send you a new product completely at our expense, without having to return the defective goods.
I only received some of the ordered products.
Sometimes the products ordered are shipped in separate packages to speed up the delivery time. Because of this, we do not waste time completing the order, but only ship the goods that are in stock at our suppliers. For this reason, delivery times for individual products within an order may vary.
How can I return a product?
You have 14 days to return the package from the time you pick it up. Contact us for details.

What are the delivery costs?

Who processes the delivery process?
All packages are delivered through the national postal service. In the case of foreign shipments, the local operator is responsible for delivery.
Where do you deliver the products to?
We ship orders mainly to Europe. However, especially for overseas customers, we have prepared international shipping to more than 150 countries.
Delivery times
What are the delivery times?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks after the order is paid for. Sometimes, however, usually due to the courier company, delivery is longer, so the maximum delivery time is sixty working days.
When will my package be shipped?
Orders are shipped 1 to 5 business days after payment is credited. After sending the package, we immediately send a confirmation message and tracking number to the email address or phone number provided.
Why has the delivery time not changed for a long time?
Don’t worry, the shipment numbers are usually updated with a delay of several days, so they may not be visible in the system immediately after submission. Do not worry if the shipment status in the system has not changed in a long time. However, if the package does not arrive within the 60-day statutory period, please contact us.
Where are the orders shipped from?
Packages are shipped by us or our partners inside the European Union.
